Responsibility
- Lead daily security operations for assigned client accounts in New York City
- Develop and implement security protocols, SOPs, and incident response plans
- Manage on site security teams, scheduling, training, performance, and safety
- Coordinate with clients, police, and emergency responders during incidents
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and remediation plans
- Oversee access control, CCTV monitoring, manned guarding, and patrols
- Prepare reports, audits, and debriefs for clients and leadership
- Drive continuous improvement through metrics and after action reviews
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in professional security operations, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of security technologies including CCTV, access control, alarms, and incident management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client facing skills
- Certified Protection Professional CPP or PSP or equivalent certifications preferred
- Ability to respond to incidents rapidly and calmly; strong crisis management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States; clean driving record
