Premier Secure Solutions is seeking a seasoned Security Services Manager to lead our on-site security operations for high-profile clients in London. This full-time role blends leadership, risk mitigation, and operational excellence to protect people, property, and information.
As the Security Services Manager, you will oversee security officers, coordinate with clients, facilities teams, and local authorities, and drive continuous improvements in guard services, access control, and incident response.
Responsibility
- Lead and develop a multi-site team of security officers, supervisors, and contracted personnel to deliver consistent service levels.
- Develop and implement risk assessments, incident response plans, and emergency procedures aligned to client requirements and local regulations.
- Oversee day to day security operations including patrol scheduling, access control, CCTV monitoring, and daily reporting.
- Coordinate with clients, facilities teams, and local authorities to ensure rapid incident resolution and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training, credentialing, and continuous improvement initiatives; maintain thorough records and documentation.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, shift coverage, and overtime to optimize security coverage and cost controls.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, data protection, and privacy regulations; develop security metrics and KPIs for ongoing success.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in security management, criminology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years in security operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Valid SIA license or recognized UK security certification where applicable.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident response, emergency procedures, and incident reporting.
- Experience with CCTV, access control systems, intruder alarms, and other security technologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and vendor relationships; strong report writing and data analysis skills.
