Responsibility
- Develop and implement security programs, policies, and standard operating procedures for client environments.
- Lead daily security operations, monitoring, and incident response across multiple sites and clients.
- Perform risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits to identify and mitigate threats.
- Manage security teams, scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate with clients, law enforcement, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless security operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and applicable local regulations.
- Prepare executive-level security reports, dashboards, and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in security services, corporate security, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related discipline.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CPP, or PSP are highly preferred.
- Proven leadership, client-facing communication, and project management skills.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and security technologies (SIEM, access control, CCTV, intrusion detection).
- Experience with regulatory compliance and audits across various industries.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and work across client sites as required.
- Ability to translate security concepts into clear business impact for executives.
