Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in security services, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in security management (CPP, CSMP, or equivalent) or demonstrated equivalent training.
  • Strong incident response, risk assessment, and crisis management capabilities.
  • Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, be on-call for emergencies, and travel as required.
