As part of our leadership team, you will collaborate with clients, facilities managers, and law enforcement partners to design and implement robust security strategies, incident response plans, and KPI-driven operations.
Responsibility
- Lead daily operations for client security programs, ensuring service levels, compliance, and seamless coordination across sites.
- Manage and mentor security guards, supervisors, and control room staff to maximize performance and engagement.
- Develop and implement risk assessments, security policies, and incident response plans tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with clients, facilities teams, and local authorities during emergencies and critical incidents.
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement in security services.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll accuracy, and targeted training to maintain a ready and capable team.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards while maintaining exceptional client experience.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of leadership experience in security services, facilities management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in security management (CPP, CSMP, or equivalent) or demonstrated equivalent training.
- Strong incident response, risk assessment, and crisis management capabilities.
- Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, be on-call for emergencies, and travel as required.
- Solid knowledge of Singapore security regulations, licensing, and liaison with law enforcement.
