You will oversee day-to-day security operations for high-profile clients, develop robust security protocols, and lead a team of licensed security professionals. As a trusted advisor, you will coordinate with clients, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, privacy, and compliance across all engagements.
Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize security operations for assigned accounts, ensuring service levels and client satisfaction.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies, procedures, and risk mitigation plans.
- Lead incident response, investigations, and crisis management with swift, compliant resolution.
- Recruit, train, and manage security personnel, scheduling, and performance management.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and security system evaluations (CCTV, access control, and alarms).
- Collaborate with clients, law enforcement, and cross-functional teams to address security concerns and incidents.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, licensing, and reporting requirements across programs.
- Prepare concise security performance reports and executive summaries for clients and leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive security operations, risk management, or facilities security experience.
- Proven leadership and people-management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Security certifications such as CPP, PSP, CISSP, or equivalent preferred; active security license where applicable.
- Strong knowledge of security technologies (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection) and incident reporting systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and travel as required.
- Willingness to participate in on-call coverage and after-hours support when needed.
