Responsibility

  • Oversee daily security operations across multiple client sites, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement company-wide security policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and schedule security personnel; monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and coordinate with clients to tailor protective programs.
  • Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and law enforcement as needed; ensure timely reporting and transparent communication.
  • Oversee deployment and maintenance of security technology (CCTV, access control, visitor management), ensuring data privacy and system uptime.
  • Lead emergency response planning and drills; coordinate with clients during critical incidents.
  • Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and procurement to optimize operations.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in security management, criminology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in corporate security, event security, or integrated security services leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident response, crisis management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing remote teams and collaborating with clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and report writing skills; fluency in English.
  • Certification such as CPP, PCI, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proficiency with security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems) and security software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as required.
