We are seeking a results-driven Security Services Operations Manager to lead our security teams and ensure client satisfaction through proactive risk management, advanced incident response, and unmatched service quality.
In this role, you will bridge operations, client relations, and security technology to create secure environments while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with regulations.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily security operations across multiple client sites, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.
- Develop and implement company-wide security policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule security personnel; monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and coordinate with clients to tailor protective programs.
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and law enforcement as needed; ensure timely reporting and transparent communication.
- Oversee deployment and maintenance of security technology (CCTV, access control, visitor management), ensuring data privacy and system uptime.
- Lead emergency response planning and drills; coordinate with clients during critical incidents.
- Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and procurement to optimize operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in security management, criminology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in corporate security, event security, or integrated security services leadership.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident response, crisis management, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing remote teams and collaborating with clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and report writing skills; fluency in English.
- Certification such as CPP, PCI, or equivalent is a plus.
- Proficiency with security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems) and security software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as required.
