Join ApexGuard Security Solutions as a Security Services Project Manager. You will lead client security programs, coordinate field teams, and drive risk-based security improvements for high-profile commercial clients. We seek a strategic, results-driven professional who can translate complex security needs into practical, scalable solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate with clients, operations, and technology partners to design and implement comprehensive security programs that protect people, assets, and information — while delivering exceptional client service and measurable outcomes.
Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of multi-site security programs for corporate clients, aligning with risk profiles and client SLAs.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments, design controls, and monitor effectiveness across physical and cyber-physical environments.
- Oversee security operations across sites, including guarding services, access control, and surveillance systems (CCTV, alarm, and perimeters).
- Manage security project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations; mentor and schedule field teams and security officers.
- Lead incident response, investigation, and post-incident reporting with clear remediation actions.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines; ensure regulatory compliance.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, KPI reporting, and executive briefings.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, IT Security, or related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in security management, operations, or risk mitigation; proven project leadership.
- Industry certifications such as CPP, PSP, CISSP, or equivalent preferred.
- Strong knowledge of physical security systems, access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, and incident reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills; ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams; willingness to work non-traditional hours as needed.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required; valid driver's license and clean driving record.
