In this role, you will assess vulnerabilities, coordinate security operations, and collaborate with clients to design and implement effective protection programs that safeguard people, assets, and reputation.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and post orders for client sites.
- Conduct risk assessments, threat analysis, and security audits; produce actionable reports.
- Coordinate on-site security teams and external vendors; ensure incident readiness.
- Monitor access control systems, CCTV, and alarms; respond to incidents promptly.
- Lead security training, drills, and emergency response planning.
- Collaborate with clients to design protective measures balancing safety and operations.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and industry regulations; prepare documentation for audits.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of security operations, risk assessment, or protective services experience.
- Strong knowledge of risk management, incident response, and emergency planning.
- Proficiency with access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and security analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; ability to respond to emergencies 24/7.
- Certifications such as CPP, PCI, PSP, or CISSP preferred.
