Job description
The Security Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing security operations and ensuring the safety of personnel and property. Reporting to the Site Manager, the Security Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising security services in support of the U.S. Army mission in Subic, Zambales.
Responsibility
- Manage and oversee all security personnel and activities on site
- Implement security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment
- Conduct regular security patrols and monitor surveillance systems
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely manner
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Qualification
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
- Knowledge of security protocols and practices
