Responsibility
- Patrol and monitor the premises to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized activities.
- Operate company and guest vehicles safely and efficiently between designated areas.
- Respond promptly to security alarms, incidents, or suspicious activities and report accordingly.
- Assist guests with vehicle parking, retrieval, and provide a high level of customer service.
- Check identification and verify the authorization of all individuals entering restricted areas.
- Maintain clear and accurate security and vehicle movement logs.
- Collaborate with management and staff to enforce safety policies and emergency procedures.
- Conduct periodic inspections of security equipment and report any malfunctions.
Qualification
- Proven experience in security roles or as a valet driver (preferably in hospitality or similar industries).
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM A and/or SIM C).
- Excellent knowledge of safe driving and parking practices.
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit, punctual, and reliable with a professional appearance.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
