You will collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and customers. Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partnerships to build a robust pipeline.
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery and demonstrations to negotiation and closing.
- Develop compelling value propositions and deliver high-impact product demonstrations to executives and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging, campaigns, and lead quality.
- Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Negotiate terms and close deals that meet customer needs while protecting company interests.
- Partner with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and identify expansion opportunities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or business development.
- 5+ years of B2B software or SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of quota achievement.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and pipeline management tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple priorities, and travel as needed (up to 20%).
- Strategic thinker with customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
