Responsibility
- Develop and own a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities in assigned territory.
- Identify customer needs, map value propositions, and present compelling solutions.
- Manage multi-stage deals from discovery to close, ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead quality and with product to tailor demos.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and persuasive proposals.
- Negotiate terms, price, and contract structures with customers and legal teams.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM data, forecast accuracy, and activity metrics.
Qualification
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience with a proven quota attainment.
- Strong prospecting, discovery, and solution-selling skills.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex enterprise deals and negotiate high-value contracts.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
