You will own the full cycle from initial outreach to contract signing, collaborating with marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success to maximize win rates and expand accounts.
What you will do:
- Drive new business by identifying and qualifying target accounts, building a robust pipeline, and advancing opportunities through the entire sales cycle.
- Develop strong relationships with C-suite and VP-level buyers, uncovering business pain points and mapping to LuminaTech solutions.
- Lead discovery calls, product demos, and tailored proposals that articulate clear ROI and value.
- Collaborate with Marketing and SDR teams to optimize lead quality and convert inbound and outbound opportunities.
- Manage and forecast a healthy pipeline using CRM, ensuring accurate weekly and monthly revenue projections.
- Negotiate terms, close high-value deals, and participate in contract negotiation and renewal discussions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform strategy and messaging.
Responsibility

- Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline data in CRM; achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and coordinate with legal for contract finalization.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to improve messaging and solution positioning.
Qualification
- 5+ years in B2B software sales with a proven track record of quota attainment
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers
- Strong prospecting and discovery skills with a hunter mentality
- Excellent presentation and demo delivery, with ability to articulate ROI
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and forecast accurately
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional teams
- BS/BA degree or equivalent business experience
