Responsibility
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce and HubSpot, prioritizing high-value opportunities
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in mid-market and enterprise segments
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI-based business cases to senior stakeholders
- Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining healthy gross margins
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption
- Accurately forecast pipeline and report key metrics to leadership
- Develop and execute territory plans to maximize revenue growth
Qualification
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience with a proven quota attainment
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and modern sales methodologies
- Ability to craft ROI-focused business cases and tailor solutions to client needs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Self-motivated, resilient, and collaborative team player
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
