We’re seeking a results-driven Senior Account Executive to drive revenue across strategic SMB and mid-market accounts in the Seattle region. You’ll partner with product, marketing, and customer success to deliver tailored SaaS solutions that solve real business problems.
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, build trusted relationships with B2B buyers, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our go-to-market strategy. You will also mentor junior reps, share best practices, and help elevate our brand in a competitive landscape.
What you’ll achieve:
- Close a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual quotas.
- Develop and execute account plans for a defined territory, prioritizing strategic opportunities.
- Lead discovery calls, product demos, and ROI-focused proposals that address client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and with product to relay customer feedback.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with a focus on long-term value and customer success.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce and provide accurate forecasting.
- Build lasting relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.
Responsibility
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Identify, qualify, and convert inbound/outbound opportunities within the Seattle territory.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI-based business cases.
- Collaborate with marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success to tailor solutions.
- Forecast accurately, maintain a healthy pipeline, and report regularly to leadership.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize value for both client and company.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and activity logs (Salesforce preferred).
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
Qualification
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven quota-attainment track record.
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in the Seattle region.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to run discovery, build ROI-based business cases, and deliver impactful demos.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for customer success.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
