SummitTech Solutions is a fast-growing cybersecurity and productivity SaaS company trusted by mid-market and enterprise teams. We’re seeking a motivated Senior Account Executive to own and drive new business in the New York market. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, manage a robust forecast, and close high-value deals that accelerate customer success.
In this role, you will be a hands-on hunter in a competitive SaaS landscape, building relationships with C-level buyers and economic buyers, while delivering value through consultative discovery and tailored demos.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets in the NYC market.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.
- Lead discovery calls, needs assessments, and solution demonstrations for C-level buyers.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Engineers to tailor value propositions and proposals.
- Maintain a robust pipeline in CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Negotiate contract terms and coordinate onboarding with Customer Success.
- Represent the company at events, webinars, and industry conferences to generate net-new leads.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine messaging and product features.
Qualification
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- Consistently meet or exceed quota with a proven track record of pipeline development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field.
- Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings.
