As a Senior Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, collaborate with marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success, and play a key role in shaping our outbound and inbound strategies.

What you'll do: build pipeline, qualify opportunities, craft tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for mid-market and strategic accounts, from prospecting to close.
  • Develop and execute territory plans, including target account lists and multi-channel outreach.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to convert inbound leads and run outbound campaigns that generate qualified opportunities.
  • Lead discovery calls, tailor product demonstrations, and position ROI for executive stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms, coordinate with Legal and Finance, and close deals with favorable margins.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast accurately, and track key performance indicators.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to enable upsell, cross-sell, and reference opportunities.
  • Partner with Success and Product teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction post-sale.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Sales, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills; experience with large, complex deals.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities at executive levels.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and operate in a hybrid work model.
  • Passion for helping customers achieve measurable business outcomes.
