We are seeking a performance-driven Senior Account Executive to join our high-velocity sales team in San Francisco. This is a hands-on, quota-driven role that rewards strategic thinking, relentless prospecting, and wins at the executive level.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and drive expansion within mid-market and enterprise accounts. Responsibility
- Own and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive prospecting, outbound outreach, and inbound signals.
- Lead discovery calls, value-based demos, and ROI analyses for C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to accelerate deal velocity and maximize ARR.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to tailor solutions and ensure customer success post-sale.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve win-win outcomes while protecting margin.
- Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain a disciplined CRM (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing portfolio to expand ARR.
- Represent the voice of the customer to product and marketing, contributing to product roadmap and messaging.
Qualification
- Minimum 5+ years of SaaS B2B sales experience with a proven quota-attainment track record.
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise segments with complex buying processes.
- Strong discovery, needs analysis, ROI storytelling, and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities at the executive level.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot); data-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and collaborative with outstanding communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in San Francisco.
