NovaPulse Technologies is expanding our high-velocity sales team and seeking a results-driven Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from discovery to close. Based in San Francisco, this hybrid role combines strategic territory planning with hands-on prospecting and executive relationship building.

In this role, you’ll partner with product and marketing to position our flagship SaaS platform to mid-market and enterprise customers across multiple verticals. You’ll drive sustainable pipeline, forecast with precision, and consistently exceed quota through value-led selling and tailored solutions.

Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end sales process for assigned territories, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve annual targets and maximize revenue.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage C-suite and VP level buyers; build trusted advisor relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize demand generation and accelerate pipeline.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, RFP responses, and business cases with ROI-focused messaging.
  • Accurately forecast revenue, track pipeline metrics, and report progress to leadership.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details; manage contracts through to close.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and share best practices to improve the overall sales motion.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of quota attainment.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers; ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Strong prospecting, discovery, qualification, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate ROI and value proposition.
  • Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment; willing to travel up to 25% as needed.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and a customer-first approach.
