Responsibility
- Own end-to-end sales cycle for strategic accounts in the assigned territory
- Develop and execute account-specific sales plans to exceed quarterly targets
- Prospect via outbound activities, events, and referrals to create a robust pipeline
- Lead discovery calls, needs assessments, and solution demos tailored to client pain points
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to accelerate deals
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize value for both sides
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline in CRM, delivering reliable revenue projections
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices to raise team performance
Qualification
- 5+ years in SaaS or technology-driven B2B sales with a proven track record of quota attainment
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts with multi-year contracts
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies (MEDDICC, SPIN)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset
- BS/BA degree or equivalent business experience
