We’re seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to join our fast-growing sales team in Austin, TX. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and partner with product and customer success to deliver measurable value to customers.

In this role, you’ll engage with senior buyers across multiple industries, craft strategic proposals, and drive revenue growth while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes. Responsibility

  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities from prospecting to close.
  • Conduct discovery to understand customer needs and map them to PulseTech solutions.
  • Lead product demos and proposals, delivering value-based messaging tailored to decision-makers.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining healthy gross margins.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to accelerate deals and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Forecast accurately, manage territory plans, and maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Provide accurate quarterly and annual revenue projections and status updates to leadership.
  • Build long-term relationships for upsell, renewal, and reference opportunities.

Qualification

  • Minimum 5 years of successful B2B SaaS or technology sales with a proven quota attainment.
  • Experience selling to C-level and senior stakeholders across mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Strong consultative selling, discovery, negotiation, and closing skills with a value-based approach.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales tooling (dialers, intent data, ABM platforms).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience; willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
