We help organizations and communities thrive by delivering reliable IT and business solutions. We are seeking a Senior Accounts Administrator to join our Manila finance team in Bonifacio Global City. This role combines accounting precision with process improvement to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting for local and regional operations.
As a key member of the finance function, you will manage day-to-day accounting activities, support month-end close, and collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize financial processes. You will apply your knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management to maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries to ensure accurate financial records.
- Support month end close processes with journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing, vendor payments, expense processing, and cash flow forecasting.
- Maintain robust internal controls and audit trails; support internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with procurement, treasury, and operations to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency.
- Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support decision making and forecasting.
- Assist with statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements as needed.
- Provide guidance to junior staff and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA preferred or working toward certification
- 3+ years of accounting or financial administration experience; experience in BPO or multinational environment is a plus
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX controls, and financial reporting
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across functions
