Responsibility

  • Lead end to end advertising campaigns across search, social, video, display, and programmatic channels
  • Develop media plans, budgets, and project timelines aligned to client goals and KPIs
  • Oversee creative testing, landing page optimization, and A/B experimentation to maximize performance
  • Monitor daily performance, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and media buying teams to craft compelling messaging and assets
  • Negotiate media buys, manage contracts, and optimize spend for strongest ROI
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to brand safety, privacy, and compliance guidelines

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands on digital advertising campaign management experience
  • Proven track record across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DV360, and other programmatic platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4/Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross functional collaboration skills
  • Experience managing annual paid media budgets in the six figure to low seven figure range
  • Knowledge of brand safety, privacy regulations, and creative optimization best practices
