Pulse Advertising Group is seeking a dynamic Senior Advertising Campaign Manager in New York City to lead multi-platform campaigns for top brands. You’ll partner with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to deliver measurable results and drive client growth.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end advertising campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and native channels to meet client KPIs.
- Develop and refine annual and quarterly media plans aligned with business goals and audience insights.
- Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling briefs and ad assets that resonate with target segments.
- Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance using analytics dashboards and attribution models.
- Manage budgets, bids, pacing, and vendor relationships to maximize ROAS within client constraints.
- Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor junior staff, share best practices, and ensure rigorous measurement and testing protocols.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced analytics background a plus).
- 7+ years of digital advertising or media buying experience with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Expertise across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Data Studio/Looker, or Tableau for reporting and insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and a growth mindset.
