Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end advertising campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and native channels to meet client KPIs.
  • Develop and refine annual and quarterly media plans aligned with business goals and audience insights.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling briefs and ad assets that resonate with target segments.
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance using analytics dashboards and attribution models.
  • Manage budgets, bids, pacing, and vendor relationships to maximize ROAS within client constraints.
  • Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior staff, share best practices, and ensure rigorous measurement and testing protocols.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced analytics background a plus).
  • 7+ years of digital advertising or media buying experience with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Expertise across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Data Studio/Looker, or Tableau for reporting and insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and a growth mindset.
