We are seeking a Senior Advertising Campaign Manager to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel programs that deliver outstanding ROAS.
In this role, you will collaborate with creative, analytics, and client teams to design compelling campaigns, allocate budgets, and translate data into actionable insights. You will champion experimentation, ensure brand safety, and drive continuous improvement in performance.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end advertising campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Plan budgets, allocate spend, and monitor daily performance to maximize ROAS.
- Set up tracking, measure campaign metrics, and generate actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B tests and optimize bidding strategies to improve efficiency.
- Partner with account teams to deliver client-ready reporting and strategic recommendations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, ensure brand safety, and maintain compliance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or media buying.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution models and GA4/GA3.
- Excellent communication and project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proven track record of achieving ROAS targets and meeting client objectives.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced agency environment.
