We are seeking a Senior Advertising Campaign Manager in London to own multi-channel campaigns from planning to optimization, ensuring strong ROI and scalable growth. Join a collaborative, fast-paced team that values curiosity, accountability, and bold ideas.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute cross-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
- Define audience strategy, measurement plans, and creative testing pipelines.
- Manage and optimize media budgets, bidding strategies, pacing, and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure assets and tracking meet goals.
- Analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and present to stakeholders.
- Lead testing roadmap (A/B tests, multivariate tests) to improve ROAS and conversion rate.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with external partners.
Qualification
- 5+ years in digital advertising or media buying, with 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record of driving multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display/Programmatic, and analytics platforms (GA4).
- Experience with attribution models, conversion tracking, and UTM tagging.
- Excellent analytical skills; experience with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a fast-paced agency environment and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
