Nova Advertising Group is seeking a Senior Advertising Campaign Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns for top-tier brands in New York City. You will craft strategy, oversee media planning, coordinate creative, and analyze performance to optimize ROAS.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end advertising campaigns across digital, social, search, and programmatic channels for clients in tech, retail, and lifestyle brands.
- Collaborate with brand, creative, media, and analytics teams to define strategy, KPIs, and budget.
- Manage campaign setup in DSPs/SSPs, ad servers, and tracking pixels; ensure best-in-class measurement and attribution.
- Optimize campaigns in real-time using data dashboards; provide weekly performance reporting and actionable insights.
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder communication; present findings to clients and internal leadership.
- Develop and mentor junior team; maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain guidelines for creative testing, audience segmentation, and creative fatigue.
Qualification
- 5+ years in digital advertising campaign management with track record of ROAS growth.
- Deep experience with PPC, programmatic, social, video, and display advertising.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads; familiarity with attribution models (GA4).
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in SQL or advanced Excel/Sheets.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills; able to present complex data simply.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; remote-friendly with occasional on-site meetings in NYC.
