Responsibility
- Develop and lead integrated advertising strategies across digital, social, search, display, and traditional media channels.
- Define audience segmentation, targeting, and messaging frameworks in collaboration with creative and analytics teams.
- Plan and manage media budgets, bidding strategies, and flighting schedules to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting ad assets and copy.
- Monitor campaign performance through dashboards; conduct weekly optimization cycles and A/B tests.
- Provide clients with strategic guidance, regular performance reviews, and transparent reporting.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and regulatory changes; evangelize data-informed decision making.
- Mentor junior strategists and contribute to agency growth initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5-8 years of experience in advertising, media planning, or performance marketing with a strong portfolio.
- Proven track record delivering multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta / Facebook, YouTube, programmatic).
- Strong analytical skills, experience with attribution models and data visualization tools (GA4, Tableau/Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.
