As a senior contributor, you will own the strategy for cross-channel campaigns, guide media planning, oversee budget allocation, and collaborate with creative and analytics teams to maximize impact.

Responsibility
- Lead development of end-to-end advertising strategies for integrated campaigns across digital, social, search, and programmatic channels.
- Guide media planning and budget allocation across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DV360, The Trade Desk, LinkedIn).
- Analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and CPA.
- Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling messaging and assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Present campaign plans, progress, and results to clients with clear storytelling and data-backed recommendations.
- Mentor and coach junior strategists; contribute to new business proposals and RFP responses.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, test innovative ad tech, and implement proven tactics to scale performance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 6+ years of hands-on advertising strategy experience in an agency or in-house, with a track record of successful digital campaigns.
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable strategies; proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio) and attribution models.
- Deep knowledge of programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk), Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, LinkedIn Ads; familiarity with creative testing and A/B protocols.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio of successful campaigns and a demonstrated ability to tell a compelling story with data.
