Responsibility
- Architect and implement scalable ML pipelines and feature stores to support rapid experimentation and production deployment.
- Design and optimize distributed training infrastructure on cloud platforms ( AWS, GCP, or Azure ).
- Improve model serving latency and reliability with robust APIs and monitoring.
- Collaborate with data engineers, researchers, and product teams to translate research into production-ready solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, review code, and foster best practices in MLOps and software engineering.
- Establish governance for model reproducibility, versioning, and experiment tracking.
Qualification
- 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience in production environments.
- Proficiency with Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with ML platform infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, orchestration, and CI/CD for ML.
- Experience with data processing and feature stores, data pipelines, and ETL.
- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scalable computing concepts.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
