We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our flagship SaaS product. This role blends market insight, user-centric design, and data-driven decision making to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.
As a key member of the product leadership team, you will partner with design, engineering, data science, sales, and customer success to ship products that delight users and drive measurable impact.
Responsibility
- Define and own the product strategy, vision, and 12-18 month roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Translate customer needs and market data into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
- Lead cross-functional squads through discovery and delivery cycles using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver delightful, scalable features with measurable outcomes.
- Conduct user research, run experiments, and analyze data to inform decisions.
- Partner with marketing and sales to shape go-to-market plans and adoption strategies.
- Establish critical KPI dashboards, monitor performance, and iterate on product success metrics.
- Mentor and coach junior PMs, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or cloud software.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact products from concept to launch.
- Strong ability to translate customer problems into actionable features with clear acceptance criteria.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated proficiency with analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product discovery techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to present to executives.
