Responsibility
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core SaaS platform.
- Translate customer insights and market data into clear requirements and prioritized backlog.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to deliver high-impact features on schedule.
- Establish success metrics, track product performance, and iterate based on data.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, run effective planning, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Drive go-to-market planning including pricing, packaging, and positioning with GTM teams.
- Mentor junior PMs and build scalable product processes for a growing team.
- Represent the product to executives and customers, building trust and credibility across the organization.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or cloud software.
- Proven track record of delivering customer-centric products with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and metrics (SQL or modern BI tools).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with agile development teams (Scrum/Kanban) and modern PM practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage competing priorities.
