NovaForge Labs is shaping the future of autonomous analytics for developers. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our core platform products. You will partner with design, engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver compelling, data-driven experiences that unlock customer value.
In this role you will own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, define KPIs, influence prioritization, and drive a customer-centric roadmap in a fast-growing environment.
Responsibility
- Define and own the product strategy and long-term roadmap for the platform portfolio.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and sales to shape outcomes that delight customers.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, market data, and usage metrics to prioritize features and enhancements.
- Write clear PRDs and acceptance criteria; translate business needs into actionable requirements for engineering.
- Lead cross-functional ceremonies and ensure on-time delivery with agile practices.
- Validate concepts through experiments, A/B tests, and MVPs; measure success with defined KPIs.
- Evangelize the product vision to internal stakeholders and external customers; develop compelling narratives and demos.
- Partner with customer success and go-to-market teams to ensure successful launches and adoption.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or MS preferred.
- 3-6 years of product management experience in SaaS or cloud platforms; B2B experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record delivering customer-centric products with measurable impact on adoption and retention.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, data visualization, and experimentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with agile/scrum frameworks and experience writing PRDs and user stories.
- Ability to work with design and engineering to create intuitive UX and robust features.
- Self-starter with strong prioritization, decision-making, and cross-functional leadership.
