Elevate Architecture Partners is a premier design studio focused on ambitious, human centered architecture in New York City and beyond. We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our team and lead design excellence from concept through construction.
As a Senior Architect, you will shape projects across a range of scales, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and drive delivery with a focus on sustainability and performance.

Responsibility
- Lead design development for a variety of project types from concept through construction documents
- Coordinate BIM models and 3D visualizations, ensuring cross discipline integration
- Develop project strategies, codes compliance, and construction documentation
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders; respond to feedback with agility
- Manage project deliverables, schedules, budgets, and quality assurance
- Mentor junior architects and coordinate cross functional teams
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction for permit approvals
- Advocate for sustainable design strategies and performance goals
Qualification
- Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience with project leadership
- Proficiency in BIM and modeling software including Revit, Rhino, SketchUp; strong rendering skills
- Solid knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction documentation
- Excellent design sensibility, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- Architect license in the United States preferred
