Pacific Crest Architecture is a premium design studio focused on innovative, sustainable architecture across urban and hospitality sectors. We are seeking a Senior Architect who leads design excellence, coordinates multi-disciplinary teams, and mentors rising talent.
In this role you will shape bold concepts into buildable solutions, drive performance-driven design, and collaborate with clients to achieve impactful outcomes that elevate the urban environment.
Responsibility
- Lead architectural design from concept through construction documents for complex hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors; present design proposals and address stakeholder feedback.
- Oversee BIM workflows (Revit), production of drawings, models, renderings, and technical specs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility, and sustainability guidelines; lead energy-conscious design decisions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables; monitor design development progress.
- Mentor junior designers and drafters; foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
- Contribute to business development through proposals, client meetings, and industry outreach.
Qualification
- 8+ years of professional architecture experience with leadership roles; licensed Architect in the U.S. preferred or candidate eligible for licensure.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D visualization software (Rhino, SketchUp); strong graphic communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and lead cross-functional teams.
