Responsibility

  • Lead architectural design from concept through construction documents for complex hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors; present design proposals and address stakeholder feedback.
  • Oversee BIM workflows (Revit), production of drawings, models, renderings, and technical specs.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility, and sustainability guidelines; lead energy-conscious design decisions.

Qualification

  • 8+ years of professional architecture experience with leadership roles; licensed Architect in the U.S. preferred or candidate eligible for licensure.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D visualization software (Rhino, SketchUp); strong graphic communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design strategies.
