Responsibility
- Lead design development for complex projects from feasibility to construction documentation.
- Develop BIM models in Revit and coordinate with consultants across disciplines.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage permit applications.
- Present design concepts and progress reviews to clients and stakeholders.
- Direct production of construction documents and specifications.
- Mentor and manage junior team members while tracking project milestones and budgets.
- Collaborate with contractors on site to ensure design intent is realized.
Qualification
- Registered architect with professional credentials (RIBA Part 2 or equivalent) and ARB registration preferred.
- 8+ years of post qualification experience on diverse projects.
- Proven leadership on large-scale architectural developments and team coordination.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM workflows, SketchUp and Rhino.
- Strong design portfolio with technical detailing and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and collaborative skills.
- Keen knowledge of sustainability, building regulations, and construction administration.
