Responsibility
- Lead the architectural design process from concept to construction, ensuring aesthetics, performance, and constructability.
- Develop and refine drawings, 3D models, renderings, and specifications in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability goals across all phases.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and procurement to maintain design integrity and schedule.
- Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, addenda, and submittals.
- Mentor junior designers, review work, and foster a culture of quality and continuous learning.
- Support business development with conceptual design explorations and client presentations.
- Conduct on-site observations, design reviews, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's degree preferred
- Licensed Architect in the United States (AIA) or equivalent
- 5+ years of professional architecture experience with a strong design portfolio
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit) and 3D modeling tools (Rhino, SketchUp); AutoCAD experience a plus
- Solid knowledge of building codes, standards, and sustainable design (LEED, WELL)
- Excellent visual storytelling, presentation, and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, balance client expectations, and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
