Responsibility
- Lead design development from schematic design to construction documents for complex projects.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, consultants, and engineers to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative studio culture.
- Present design concepts to clients and refine based on feedback.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control processes.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability goals.
- Oversee construction administration, site visits, and RFI management.
- Lead BIM workflows and coordinate model development across disciplines.
Qualification
- Licensed Architect (or active license in progress) with 5+ years of professional experience in architecture.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- Proficient in BIM (Revit, BIM 360) and CAD; strong 3D visualization skills.
- Experience delivering hospitality, cultural, or mixed-use projects is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-relations abilities.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning, and sustainability standards (LEED a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead project teams to successful outcomes.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to design excellence and craftsmanship.
