Responsibility

- Lead design development and technical documentation for complex projects, ensuring architectural integrity from concept to construction. \n
- Coordinate BIM workflows and model management across disciplines (Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper) to deliver accurate, coordinated drawings. \n
- Mentor and supervise junior staff, coordinating with consultants and external design teams to achieve project goals. \n
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and sustainability targets through all project phases. \n
- Develop design concepts, presentations, and client reports that communicate intent clearly and persuasively. \n
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets; support procurement, bids, and construction administration. \n
- Collaborate with urban designers and engineers to create thoughtful, human-centered environments. \n
Qualification

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program. \n
- Licensed architect is preferred; candidates actively pursuing licensure are welcomed. \n
- 7+ years of professional experience in architecture, with strong design and documentation capabilities. \n
- Proficiency in BIM (Revit) and design software (AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, 3ds Max). \n
- Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, materials, and sustainability strategies. \n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills; ability to mentor teams and liaise with clients. \n
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with strong collaboration across disciplines. \n
