Elevate Architecture Studio is seeking a talented Senior Architect to join our design-forward practice in Seattle. As a Senior Architect, you will mentor junior designers, coordinate BIM workflows, lead design development, and ensure compliance with codes and standards. You will work directly with clients from concept through construction, translating program into compelling architectural language.

Responsibility
- Lead design development and production of architectural drawings and models for complex projects.
- Coordinate BIM workflows with consultants and internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop design concepts, feasibility studies, and master plans for urban and mixed use programs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability targets.
- Mentor junior architects and BIM technicians, review work, and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage project documentation, client presentations, and design reviews to maintain quality and schedule.
- Oversee permitting processes, coordination during construction, and site visits as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to communicate design intent and deliver compelling presentations.
Qualification
- Licensed Architect or equivalent with 8+ years of professional practice.
- Strong expertise in Revit BIM, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, accessibility requirements, and sustainable design (LEED or equivalent).
- Excellent design sensibility, communication, and client relations skills.
- Proven ability to lead projects from concept to construction documentation and site coordination.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.

- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design and technical proficiency.
