NovaArch Studio is a leading architecture practice focused on transformative urban design. We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead complex projects from concept through construction documentation. Responsibility
- Lead architectural design development for multiple projects from concept to construction documents.
- Coordinate with BIM managers, engineers, and consultants; maintain model integrity.
- Develop design concepts, massing studies, and architectural visuals.
- Ensure compliance with codes, zoning, and sustainability standards.
- Oversee project documentation, specifications, and drawing sets.
- Manage client communications, presentations, and design reviews.
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate with internal design teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master in Architecture; licensed preferred in NY or eligible to obtain licensure.
- 8+ years of architectural experience on complex projects, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp; strong BIM coordination.
- Deep knowledge of building codes, zoning, and sustainability (LEED or equivalent).
- Excellent design, communication, and collaboration skills; client-facing experience.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and lead project teams effectively.
