Responsibility
- Lead architecture design phases for complex projects, from concept to construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop compelling design solutions.
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and budgets; monitor progress and quality control.
- Mentor junior designers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across BIM workflows.
- Prepare and present design presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee documentation, detailing, and drawing production in Revit and related tools.
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and sustainability requirements (LEED/Passive House as applicable).
- Contribute to firm-wide practice development, proposals, and project delivery processes.
Qualification
- Professional licensure or fellowship in Architecture preferred; LEED AP, WELL, or related credentials a plus.
- Minimum 8-12 years of professional architectural experience on mid-to-large scale projects.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, permits, and documentation standards.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication skills, and ability to manage complex teams.
- Portfolio demonstrating design excellence and technical acuity across phases.
- Experience with BIM management, coordination, and clash resolution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
