Responsibility
- Lead conceptual, schematic, and design development across multiple projects, ensuring client satisfaction and design excellence.
- Develop architectural drawings, models, and BIM coordination using Revit and related tools.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and procurement teams to integrate systems and constructability considerations.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout all phases.
- Mentor junior designers, interns, and cross-disciplinary team members to foster growth and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning requirements, accessibility standards, and sustainability goals.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture; professional licensure preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in architectural design and project delivery, with a portfolio of mid-to-large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in BIM (Revit) and CAD; familiarity with Rhino/Grasshopper and rendering tools is a plus.
- Strong design sensibility, technical detailing, and documentation skills (DD, CD sets).
- Solid knowledge of building codes, zoning, sustainability strategies, and LEED or equivalent credentials.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities; able to work with diverse teams and clients.
- Portfolio demonstrating range of project types (commercial, residential, cultural, public realm).
