As a member of our collaboration-driven practice, you will work with multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and engage clients to translate ambitious ideas into built environments that respond to dense urban contexts.

Responsibility

  • Mentor junior designers, review work, and foster a collaborative design culture.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, zoning, accessibility, and sustainability requirements.
  • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management to deliver on time and on budget.
  • Represent the firm in public meetings, competitions, and marketing materials when required.

  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility standards, and sustainability practices.
  • Strong design caliber with a talent for storytelling and client presentations.
