As a Senior Architect, you will guide design teams, manage client relationships, oversee technical documentation, and ensure design excellence across a diverse portfolio.
Responsibility
- Lead design development and coordination for complex projects across urban, cultural, and civic typologies.
- Direct from concept to construction documentation, ensuring design intent and code compliance.
- Mentor junior staff, review deliverables, and foster a collaborative design culture.
- Manage client relationships, presentations, and design reviews with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to optimize performance and constructability.
- Champion sustainable design strategies and BIM workflows to streamline delivery.
- Oversee project quality control, risk management, and schedule adherence.
Qualification
- Architectural degree from an accredited school; professional licensure in the United States preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of architecture experience with a strong portfolio of built projects.
- Proficiency in BIM and design tools such as Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and document management software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning, accessibility, and construction detailing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to lead teams and liaise with clients and consultants.
- Experience in sustainable design, energy modeling, and LEED or similar certification is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
