Join Nanyang Technological University (NTU) as a Senior Assistant Manager, Alumni Engagement (Data & Analytics). In this influential role, you will combine advanced data analytics with alumni relations to strengthen engagement across NTU's 300,000+ graduates and donors. You will ensure data accuracy, leverage insights to shape programs, campaigns, and events, and partner with campus stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.
As a data-driven leader, you will own the alumni data quality framework, manage data pipelines, and oversee CRM-related data workflows. You will design and maintain dashboards and models that track engagement metrics, segment audiences, and forecast outcomes of outreach initiatives. Your analyses will inform strategic decisions around communications, volunteer programs, fundraising, and lifelong learning opportunities.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Alumni Relations, Advancement, Communications, and IT, you will translate complex data into actionable recommendations, define KPIs, and ensure compliance with data privacy policies. You will mentor junior analysts, promote data literacy, and advocate for a culture of data-informed decision making across the university.

Responsibility
- Lead data governance and quality management for the alumni database, ensuring accuracy and completeness for 300,000+ records.
- Design, develop, and maintain analytics dashboards and reports to measure engagement, retention, and program impact.
- Analyze alumni data to identify segments, trends, and opportunities for targeted communications and programs.
- Collaborate with Alumni Relations, Advancement, and Communications teams to translate data insights into actionable outreach plans and events.
- Manage data pipelines, CRM integration, and privacy/compliance aligned with university policies.
- Drive data-driven improvements in alumni fundraising, volunteering, and lifelong learning initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, CRM, or alumni relations; experience in higher education is a plus.
- Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Project management experience and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations, data governance best practices, and ethical data handling.
