Join Khoo Teck Puat Hospital in Singapore as a Senior Assistant Manager / Manager, Operation Admin (II - Facilitation). In this capacity, you will oversee the Operation Admin (II - Facilitation) portfolio, driving seamless coordination between clinical teams, support services, information technology, and external partners. You will identify opportunities to streamline workflows, standardize processes, and implement data-driven improvements that reduce delays, improve patient flow, and enhance staff efficiency.
As a senior leader in our operations team, you will champion a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring colleagues, leading cross-functional projects, and establishing robust governance around budgeting, procurement, risk management, and policy compliance. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, track progress with clear KPIs, and report outcomes to executive leadership to inform decisions and resource allocation.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage the Operation Admin (II - Facilitation) team, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant administrative support across departments.
- Design, optimize, and standardize admin processes and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and patient experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional facilitation activities with clinical departments, support services, IT, and external vendors.
- Monitor key performance indicators, generate insights, and present reports to senior leadership to drive decisions.
- Oversee budgeting, resource planning, procurement, and contract management for administrative services.
- Lead hospital-wide improvement projects, risk assessments, and policy adherence to uphold patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and mentor staff, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and implement talent development strategies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; master's preferred.
- Minimum 6-9 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations/administration; leadership experience required.
- Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in process improvement methodologies (LEAN/Six Sigma) and project management; certification a plus.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English; ability to present to senior leaders.
- Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems, data analytics, reporting tools, and privacy/security compliance (PHI) in Singapore.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of purchasing, budgeting, and vendor management.
