Vantage Broadcasting Group is seeking a proactive Senior Broadcast Producer to lead live and taped productions in a fast-paced, high-profile environment in New York City.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with on-air talent, directors, editors, and technical teams to deliver engaging broadcasts that meet brand standards and compliance requirements.

This position blends storytelling with technical excellence, overseeing pre-production planning, live execution, and post-production workflows across multiple programs and platforms.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end broadcast production for live and pre-recorded programs, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.
  • Manage on-air talent, write and refine rundowns, scripts, and timing to maintain engaging, accurate broadcasts.
  • Oversee studio control room operations, including video switching, audio mixing, graphics, and teleprompter coordination.
  • Collaborate with editors and post-production teams to produce compelling segments and promos.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during broadcasts and implement effective contingency plans to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with networks, vendors, and remote crews to ensure seamless delivery across platforms.
  • Maintain production documentation, post-mortems, and continuous improvement initiatives to raise broadcast quality.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in live television or streaming production with hands-on control room exposure.
  • Solid knowledge of video switching, audio mixing, graphics, and teleprompter systems.
  • Experience with broadcast automation systems and rundown software; ENPS or similar tools a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; based in New York area preferred.
