Join PulseWave Media as a Senior Broadcast Producer and help craft high-impact live and taped broadcasts. You will lead production teams, manage rundown creation, and ensure broadcast excellence across all platforms.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end production of live and recorded broadcasts, ensuring on-time delivery and editorial integrity.
- Collaborate with on-air talent, editors, directors, and technical staff to design engaging rundowns and rundown books.
- Oversee studio operations, including camera, audio, graphics, and replay systems during shows.
- Coordinate with post-production to deliver clips, promos, and social video assets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control across all platforms.
- Mentor junior producers and interns; drive process improvements and best practices.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for equipment, services, and facilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in broadcast production or newsroom environments.
- Proficiency with studio control room operations, video switchers, audio consoles, and graphics systems.
- Strong leadership and project management skills; ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Experience with newsroom automation and rundown systems (e.g., ENPS, iNEWS).
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; capacity to coach and motivate teams.
- Knowledge of FCC rules, broadcast compliance, and accessibility standards.
- Proficiency in video editing and post-production workflows (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve).
