NovaStride Advisory is seeking a results-driven Senior Business Consultant to join our Singapore practice. You will partner with C-suite and senior leaders to diagnose complex business challenges, design actionable growth strategies, and lead implementation efforts that deliver measurable value.
In this role you will blend rigorous analytics with pragmatic storytelling to influence decisions, manage multi-stakeholder projects, and drive rapid value realization for our clients across industries. Our culture emphasizes collaboration, intellectual curiosity, and practical impact.
Responsibility
- Lead client engagements from scoping to delivery, coordinating cross functional teams to craft strategic recommendations.
- Conduct market diagnostics, competitive benchmarking, and internal capability assessments to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop robust business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses to enable informed decision making.
- Design and present executive level recommendations and roadmaps with clear value realization plans.
- Drive change management and implementation, including program governance, risk mitigation, and adoption tracking.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.
- Mentor junior consultants, contribute to knowledge assets, and support business development with client storytelling.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in business, economics, engineering or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- 7+ years in management or strategy consulting with demonstrated client impact
- Strong analytical mindset, financial modeling, and data driven decision making
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience leading multi discipline workstreams and travel willingness up to 40%
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is advantageous
- Self motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Eligible to work in Singapore; no visa sponsorship required for this role
